Daniel Lieske and the Wormworld Saga Online Graphic Novel

Remember a few posts back when I first added this image along with a quote?  Well, I don't know about you but it left quite the impression on me.  How can anyone look at this image and not think about their childhood dreams of adventure.  It seems the German artist, Daniel Lieske was thinking just that when he created it.  This image is just one of many that comes right out of his new graphic novel called Wormworld Saga.

The main character is a daydreaming boy named Jonas who discovers a door to another world tucked away in his grandma’s attic.    I wish I had more info for you but this is a graphic novel like no other.  How?  Well, Daniel Lieske's Wormworld Saga is not finished.  I know, I know...what do you mean it's not finished.  This webcomic is a work in progress and the world has been invited to follow the journey.

I have read the first chapter and already know my children will fall in love with it.  I look forward to reading more and absorbing the artwork.  Oh my, the artwork is just brilliant!  It truly draws you in.

If you are looking for a little adventure and enjoy the art of graphic novels you must give Wormworld Saga a chance.  You see, the Wormworld Saga Online Graphic Novel is an independent project that Lieske works on during his spare time.  He managed to complete one chapter in one year.  Some say that was quick while others don't want to wait that long for another chapter.  I hope you check it out and give him some words of encouragement.  It would be sad to see the project come to an end.  Let me know what you think.

More Snow...More Cold

More snow has fallen.  The driveway and paths are now cleared and we are WHIPPED.  Based on what I hear, we will be getting more snow this weekend.  I really hope we don't.  Don't get me wrong, I like snow just not so much at once.  Time for some more hot chocolate.
