Every year the Christmas season slowly creeps up then BAM I'm wishing I had a picture ready for Christmas cards. I've often considered just sending New Year cards, but it's just not the same. So, this year I'm planning ahead! It's a little difficult to get into the holiday spirit when I see ghosts and goblins as soon as I step outdoors but I do see Christmas, as I mentioned before, creeping up in stores. Right now there is only one aisle dedicated to our super fabulous heartwarming holiday, in most stores, but it's enough to get me into the spirit.
What to do?? Shall I go with a photo card like most years? Or do I create a family holiday newsletter? Then there is the other question...do I go religious or send out very general cards? Hmmm, decisions, decisions...
Well, the picture part of it should be easy, right? Hey, I'm trying to be positive here, so just go with it. Okay, so right now I have a few top contenders. I really like the folded cards this year and I think I'll add a timeline inside. Like these:
And here are some great 5x5 photo cards:
This is why I need to start my Christmas cards early...I can't ever seems to make up my mind. There are so many wonderful choices out there.
So, what about you? Are you thinking about your holiday cards already?
