What an awesome spring day it was! The children were thrilled to come home from school today, since it's the last day before Spring Recess. They have a little over a week of vacation. It sure seems like they get a lot of time off from school. Anyhow, back to the wonderful day we had. The temperature was perfect! We all went to a park to play basketball and use all the fun equipment it has - actually, I knitted half the time. Then, we payed a visit to some good friends we haven't seen in a while. It was so nice to see them again. Bella, cried as we left because she missed them so much. The sadness lasted only a short while since we also payed Nana a visit.
Right now, my hubby is smoking chicken wings on the grill - YUM! It's a recipe a good friend shared with us a few years ago and now we're addicted! I wish I could share them with all of you so you could experience the magic.
